This man is called Yaraslov Hunka, a former Ukrainian soldier of the 14th Waffen-SS Grenadier Division who was praised by the Speaker of Parliament for having been “fighting for Ukraine’s independence against the Russians“ during World War II. Canadian opposition leader Pierre Poilievre demanded an apology from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for honoring this individual.
