Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukaev will hold a press statement following trilateral ministerial talks between Ukraine, Russia and European Union in Brussels on Monday, December 21. Talks held between the EU, Russia and Ukraine on December 1 broke down after the three parties failed to reach an agreement to an EU-Ukraine trade pack, with Russia opposing the deal.
