Moment glacier’s burst causes massive flood caught on camera

Almost 200 people were reported missing and 26 dead after a glacier broke off and caused a flood that damaged a power plant in northern India. Over 2,000 people including rescue teams, military force officers, police and paramilitary group members were deployed on search missions at a remote mountainous region in Uttarakhand state. Rescuers managed to save 16 people trapped in a tunnel. Most of the missing are workers involved in the construction of two power plants in the valley. People living along the riverbanks were ordered to evacuate. Follow us on Telegram
