CREEPSHOW | 2021 | Exclusive Clip - Deadites on “Public TV“ HD

Not even a local public television station is safe from the evil dead. Season two of Creepshow premieres on April 1 exclusively on Shudder with segments “Model Kid” and “Public Television of the Dead.” In the latter, a local television station sees their various series productions get interrupted when a man (Ted Raimi) brings his book, bound in human flesh, into the antique appraisal show. As dark forces are unleashed, transforming cast and crew alike into the evil dead, a surprising hero emerges. In an exclusive clip, Bob Ross-like character Norm Roberts (Mark Ashworth) sets down his paintbrush to take care of business. It’s a showdown between mild mannered artist and Raimi’s deadite! For fans of the Evil Dead franchise, this clip highlights the splatstick horror-comedy it’s known for while paying homage to all the familiar public access TV shows. The segment is packed full of Easter eggs. Evil Dead love letter “Public Television of the Dead” was written by Creepshow alum Rob Schrab and directed by showrun
