Sensual Yin Yoga For Self Love | Connect To Your Body Through Movement & Self Massage

Hopefully this yin yoga class will give you a deep moment of self-love. It invites you to feel your wonderful body in its entirety and to connect more deeply with it through self-massages. So in this class we will combine Yin postures with massaging different body parts of ourselves. Our own physical contact helps us to feel ourselves deeper, to arrive more into ourselves, and to be gentler with ourselves. There is no right or wrong. Perhaps this class will trigger certain blockages within your body and your self-image - let everything arise. If it comes up, it does so because you are ready to look at it 🌹 You will need some form of oil for this class. I use argan oil with a drop of lavender essential oil here. You can use any type of oil or cream, or you can even create your own mix of base oils and essential oils. You will also need a block or two large books and one or more pillows / blankets / bolsters. None of this is absolutely necessary for this class and can also be omitted - but the more tools you have, the more beautiful you design the space around you, the more you activate all your senses, the more this class feels like a sacred ritual.
