Aquafaba | Vegan Whipped Cream Made From Chickpeas!
AQUAFABA RECIPE:
* Note—this makes a huge portion, but you can easily halve the recipe.
- 2 cans garbanzo beans (Salt is fine, but try to get organic beans without preservatives. You’ll just use the liquid “brine“ from these.)
- ¼ heaping teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely ground white sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the liquid from two cans of chickpeas with the cream of tartar. Then add the vanilla extract and sugar and whip using a stand
