DOMINATE Airsofters With Infantry Tactics

Today I’ll be going over how if you use infantry tactics at your next airsoft game, you will absolutely dominate the other team (probably). MilSim West is a 40 hour continuous airsoft event, marketed as an “infantry experience“. In order to facilitate this experience, MilSim West hires cadre to act as leadership in the different factions. MilSim West cadre are all former military members with a wide variety of backgrounds, which helps provide military context to the event. As a cadre member for this event, my job is to lead the attendees on military style patrols in a force-on-force environment.
