Parachute Adams, easy way to tie - McFly Angler Dry Fly Tying Tutorial

The parachute technique is important to know. Parachute flies seem to get strikes when even catskill style flies do not. This I believe has to do with the way they rest on the water, with the whole body submerged. Maybe it’s easier for the trout to see it? Who knows. All I know is once you learn a parachute, you can tie an imitation of just about any bug out there. Just change up the colors and hook size.
