Solo audiovisual performance by Benton C Bainbridge for the Hunter College Art Gallery exhibition “Experimental Television Center: A History, ETC...“ All sound and image performed live by Bainbridge and recorded to VHS tape, using a custom system including: • Eurorack modular synth: Synthesis Technology E350, custom MTX extender by Mike Schmidt, Intellijel Planar, Make Noise Maths, Mungo w0, LZX Video Waveform Generator, Dave Jones Video Synth prototype modules, Dave Jones TABI prototype module • Vectrex game console modified by Matthew Schlanger and Dave Jones based on plans by Andrew Duff with additional circuit design by Benton C Bainbridge • Sony SVR-2000 TiVo hacked by Bainbridge • Panasonic WJ-MX30 A/V mixer modified by Bob Rall, Realtime Video Engineering • Digital8mm camcorder, etc. System developed in a Toolmaker Residency at Signal Culture Thanks to Sherry Miller Hocking of Experimental Television Center http://experime
