Fredric Arnold and Saul Nova. P-38 Stories.

***I announce with regret that we both Fredric and Saul have recently passed. Two ordinary guys who did extraordinary things. God speed always to both.*** Imagine getting a couple of WWII P-38 pilots to sit down together. We got to do just that! All we did was point the camera and ...listen. Fredric Arnold flew 50 missions out of North Africa during the earl part of WWII, Saul Nova flew in the Pacific towards the end of the war. Arnold is the artist behind the magnificent sculpture, “Lest We Forget: The Mission“ now on display at Wings Over the Rockies. Saul Nova is an active volunteer at the museum. Fredric at age 94, and Saul at 92, share vivid memories beginning December 7, 1941.
