The Adamski Effect: Creative photo editing idea using motion blur in Photoshop to replicate ICM.

This effect was named after Josh Adamski, the impressionist photographer who popularised it (#goals), and combines a motion blurred background with a sharp subject to create a cool abstract illusion.
