Item title reads - Repatriation hold-up. Newhaven, East Sussex. Various shots of German prisoners of war walking along at night and going aboard the ships at Newhaven which will take them to Dieppe in exchange for British prisoners. Some of the injured are carried aboard on stretchers. M/S as the prisoners walk ashore the next day for some exercise on the quayside as the plans for the exchange have fallen through because Hitler did not agree with the terms at the last minute.
