Hourglass Booty Workout - Grow A Booty Challenge

Episode 3 of the Grow A Booty Challenge! You’ll need dumbbells, resistance bands and a bench for this workout. If you don’t have equipment, you can still try the workout with body weight to get familiar with the movements. You could also use your sofa, or the corner of your bed if your working out from home and don’t have a bench, but please be safe and make sure its sturdy.
