Kathal ki sabji is simple and easy to make and in this video I have made this in a pressure cooker. Kathal is the hindi name for raw unripe jackfruit. Kathal or Jackfruit is actually a summer fruit and tastes delicious when cooked in a north indian style spicy gravy and is rather simple to make. This flavorful, delicious sabzi is made from unripe jackfruit whereas ripe jackfruit can be eaten plain. This jackfruit recipe is cooked with a variety of masalas and spices like chilli powder and simmered with tomatoes to make a thick gravy, this Kathal Ki sabzi boasts of simple flavors and great taste.
