Another Easy Way To Reinforce Drawers / Butt Joints

It doesn’t get much easier than this and these splines add a lot of strength to the joint. If you are going to use these, I suggest you skip driving nails into the area where you will put the splines. Even though I cut mine all the way across, you can easily just cut part of the way in instead from both sides and glue in shorter splines.
