🌲Tall Pines in the Summer Breeze: meditation time in the rorest

A 4K video showing tall pine trees swaying in the summer wind. It is often the case that in the forest we look up and this rhythmic rocking of the trees soothes our senses. I think I’ve found a new frame for all of us for our meditation videos because the trees from this perspective are beautiful too. The rustling of the forest and the birds’ singing were recorded on-site.
