Claude Monet (1840 – 1926) was a founder of impressionist painting. During his long career, he was the most consistent and prolific practitioner of impressionism’s philosophy of expressing one’s perceptions before nature, especially as applied to outdoor landscape painting.
Frédéric Chopin (1810 – 1849) was a Polish composer and virtuoso pianist of the Romantic period. He started as a child prodigy and went from success to success during his vibrant life.
Waltz Op. 69, No. 2 was composed by Frédéric Chopin
