Saber National Team Member Khalil Thompson shares a 10-Minute daily footwork routine that you can do at home or any place where you have enough space to move a few steps and make a lunge. Tim Morehouse Fencing Club’s “At Home Footwork Challenge” is encouraging our members and participants to do an extra 10-minutes of footwork each day.
