Impacted canine with Invisalign：VISTA + IZC screw + 3D lever arm｜【Chris Chang Ortho】700

In this case the patient has two impacted upper canines. First, expose the crown and create access for buttons and elastics by performing two vertical incisions. Then attach and activate a 3-D lever arm to pull out the canines.
