30 Pull ups vs 10 Pull ups

I was the first dude a few years ago and if you are doing endurance sets this is okay. But once you want to progress to weighted pull ups you should at least be able to do 12 super clean normal pull ups. If I would be a beginner again i would always strive for perfect form. Even if you are doing banded pull ups right now go for the perfect form. It may be a bit frustrating and slow progress at the beginning... but it safes you months of time in the long run. Good form will prevent injuries and imbalances, if you don’t have a coach this can be a very dangerous situation, the only thing you can do is film yourself as much as you can. You can always hit me a DM and apply to my calishtenics coaching. The demand latlely is high so its just a matter if time until my capacities are full. You can also scedula a call over the link in my bio. Don’t be kind to yourself when you are looking at your form, try to optimize your basics to the point where they look easy, beautiful
