CPEX U Celica vs Noel Astral

Decided to check something after talking about Minerva’s attacks. Normal Celica can also act after hitting Noel’s Astral, but she doesn’t have moves with enough invul to not get caught. This doesn’t work for Hakumen, though, since his Astral remains active past U. Celica doing the two supers, so she still gets caught.
