Let’s work on slimming down the waistline with this 15 Min Daily Flat Belly Workout! If you’re a fan of STANDING ABS workouts, you’re going to love this one! This flat belly workout is perfectly suitable for beginners as it involves no jumping, no squats, and no lunges.
