Naked Aussie paddles Lava Falls without scouting and ends up in the ledge hole

Lava Falls are the toughest rapids in the Grand Canyon. Get them wrong and you’re likely to end up in the ledge hole, an infamous feature that loves to flip rafts and chew up paddlers.
