Ingredients for katmer recipe:
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup lukewarm milk (I usually heat the water a bit more to balance with the milk and mix them in the bowl)
1 package double-acting dry yeast or 30 gr fresh yeast or
... 1 tbsp dry yeast (use according to the package)
2 tsp sugar
4 1/2 cups flour or more (to have a soft somewhat stick dough)
2 tsp salt
For the layers:
150gr. melted butter
