Toulouse Sausage. Chef Patrick and One Food Story.

Toulouse sausage or Saucisse de Toulouse is is a flavourful and rustic dish. Atout’s sausages are made fresh daily in the kitchen every day. Using only the best produce without any fillers, with pork air-flown in from Canada, from a farm that raises their pigs without any added hormones or antibiotics. It is seasoned in sea-salt and black peppercorn before stuffing into a natural casing. Grilled to perfection on charcoal and served with mustard. Simple, natural and absolutely delicious. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ashley and Adam from One Food Story have known Patrick for years, on top of being our photographers, they have a fantastic friendship with Patrick. Ashley and Adam first started doing our food photography and videos for Atout when we first opened our doors in 2018. When circuit breaker hit us, they contacted Atout immediately as to how they can help us to boost our business. Thus, this collaboration was born! O
