Going in with low expectations I found the riffs are tasty and technical, the drummer is crazy good, and the bass player gets a spotlight on the intros to a few songs. Just great technical thrash metal record and from Russia nonetheless. If you can get around the Russian lyrics, I’m sure most of you will enjoy this diamond in the rough. The 2007 Remastered CD release was sped up & unlistenable. I have no idea how such a massive mistake was looked over but regardless, the album was ruined. Out of curiosity I fixed the speed problem in Reaper to find that whoever remastered the record did a fantastic job! The guitars were spaced out, the mids were increased and the cymbals were given a massive boost. My contributions other then fixing the speed issue, were limited to decreasing the over the top cymbals and beefing up the kick.
