Telephone Tales - Episode 1: Once upon a time...

Join us for the launch of our new series for kids (and those grownups who are as smart as kids!). Our first episode introduces viewers to 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶 𝗥𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶, one of Italy’s best-loved children’s authors and presents the first of his 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, a collection of 70 bedtime stories told each night by a travelling salesman to his daughter in the space of a single phone call. “Telephone Tales“ is a series of 12 short, sweet stories for kids by beloved Italian children’s author, Gianni Rodari, in a new English translation by Antony Shugaar, with Illustrations by Valerio Vidali. A co-production of the Embassy of Italy, the Italian Cultural Institute in Washington, DC and Enchanted Lion Books.
