Charted at #2 in 1928. Helen’s biggest hit. She provided the inspiration for Betty Boop. From the 1928 musical, “Good Boy“. In the 1950 film musical, “Three Little Words“, Debbie Reynolds had a small role playing Kane and lip-synced to a re-recording of the song by Helen made for the film. Marilyn Monroe sang the song in “Some Like It Hot“. Recorded September 20, 1928. Written by Herbert Stothart, Harry Ruby and Bert Kalmar. B-side is “Is There Anything Wrong in That?“.
