In this first of what will now be THREE episodes, I discuss the progression of Jobson’s career, beginning with Fat Grapple, Curved Air, his time with Roxy Music, Frank Zappa, the formation of the band UK and the release of the self-titled ’UK’ album. This album had a stellar line-up of musicians, being Eddie Jobson, Allan Holdsworth, John Wetton and Bill Bruford and is very highly regarded as a ’classic’ prog. rock album.
