Della Mortika: Carousel of Shame | STEAMPUNK SHORT ANIMATED FILM

The Della Morte Sisters are introduced in this short animated steampunk film ’Della Mortika: Carousel of Shame’. The film follows the sisters after they arrive in Australia and are sent to the Skipping Girl Home for Wayward and Homeless Girls (it is set between books 2 and 3). The Della Morte Sisters have their sisterly bond put to the test when jealousy rears its ugly head. The film has been produced in a stop-motion style using paper puppets and pop-ups to bring the girls from the pages of the books into lively animation.
