Tamriel Rebuilt: Hortator Card Game

Wonderful art by Steppenwolf deserved some extra scripting love. The game itself isn’t exactly difficult nor very original, but it will be a nice change of pace from the usual things on offer in Morrowind. While the implementation of this game in particular is now complete, it is intended primarily as a proof-of-concept for other fun minigames we could think about implementing. Made for Tamriel Rebuilt
