[osu!mania] Dot96 - Make It Funky Now [Modchart Release]

Map: Hey again, this is the 2nd full file ive worked on. Adding some new capabilities since the last file. This was made for a tournament in about 1 Week of full work, which still comes out to around 60-70 hours of work. Since this was on a timelimit the Background animation is a little bit simpler but it still took majority of the hours. These charts from now on fall under the catagory notOSU - thank you kadoen ( ) Hope you enjoy, big shout out to the notITG community for the bunch of feedback that i got for my last osu!mania file. I take it all in for the future.
