Rishi Sunak ‘home alone’ at No 10 in playful Christmas video

To Rishi Sunak’s supporters, he is serious and hardworking, to his critics, he is stiff and robotic. Now the prime minister has tried to show his playful side with a Home Alone-style video filmed in No 10 on Christmas Day. The clip, posted on social media at teatime on Monday, shows Sunak jotting down notes at his desk in Downing Street before asking: “Am I the only one here?” He then takes advantage of his solitude by bowling a cricket ball down the corridors of power at Coca-Cola cans, a nod to his favourite drink, cuddling Larry the cat and stealing chocolates from the Christmas tree.
