Why Are Mixed Race People So Beautiful?

Why mixed race people are more beautiful? When I think about it, I wouldn’t say that mixed race people are automatically more beautiful. They do, however, tend to look more unusual, and unusualness is something that many people (myself included) find attractive/compelling. As a geneticist, I have to say inbreeding does not typically produce very attractive people (Targaryens excluded) - it’s because certain recessive traits leads to worse health, fitness and physical appience. So, the farther you get from inbreeding, the better the chances at having a healthy and attractive child. Given that, in most societies, there is at least some subtle pressure to mate with those who are of the same background as you, I would guess that most people would be more likely to cross that line with a person of above-average attractiveness, so their children also be above average in their looks.
