“What’s beyond the horizon.....“ A short part of a song in the play “What’s beyond the horizon“. Performed at the prestigious Icelandic Culture House for Airwaves festival in 2009. At this point in the play Ísgerdur has just left her home country and has set out to discover a new one. The sea get’s rough so Ísgerður sings this ancient lullaby to put her baby to sleep. The lullabies lyrics explain how she will always be there for her child and how she will always do anything to feed it.
