MAYDAY: Casco Bay Sea Kayak Rescue (4K)

WARNING The following is actual footage taken of an ocean kayaker getting severely injured while participating in a planned “rock gardening” event in Casco Bay, Maine. The kayaker survived this event and was transported to Maine Medical Center with extensive injuries to ribs, shoulder, and lung due to the wave action driving him into the rocks. This video is provided for purposes of sharing / discussing the incident response by the onsite team.
