German top politicians try to convince skilled personnel all around the world to move to Germany. In Morocco, centers are being established to help attract young people and prepare them for their new lives — the latest in the capital Rabat. According to a new report from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Germany remains a top destination for skilled workers from abroad, despite many reporting racism and discrimination in everyday life.
