5 exercises for 6 pack ABS!
0:25 Lying leg raises
1:00 Hanging leg raises
1:35 Side 2 Side
2:10 Windshield wipers
2:40 Static hold (maximum time!)
Perform each exercise 10-15 reps. Do 4-5 sets of each exercise. Rest NO MORE than 45 seconds between sets. Focus on squeezing abs muscles, not just going through reps.
