CONVERGE CFD Simulates Airflow in an Aircraft Cabin
Here you see the flow field resulting from the interaction between the environmental control system (ECS) jets, the passenger’s breath, and the passenger’s motion. CONVERGE can easily handle the complex aircraft cabin geometry and the moving passenger due, in part, to it’s autonomous meshing capability, which automatically adds mesh refinement during runtime where needed.
