Try out this super delicious Papdi Muthiya nu Shaak which has a traditional Gujarati sabzi. Simple, easy and irresistably amazing gravy with soft and crispy muthiyas in it along with beans go hand in hand.

Ingredients:
For beans:
250 grams valor flat beans
250 grams field beans/ valor/ broad beans
½ cup green peas
¼th tsp salt
¼th tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
For muthiya:
1½ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
½ tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
Salt to taste
¼th tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp lemon juice
¼th cup wheat flour
½ cup besan/ gram flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp water
Oil for frying
For sabzi:
3 tbsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp carom seeds
¼th tsp asafoetida/hing
¼th tsp turmeric powder
2 tomatoes’ puree
Salt to taste
