Mantis Shrimp and Snapper Catch n’ Cook!!

After experiencing a lot of cold, including snow, in north Florida this winter, I decided to head South to some warmer areas to catch some better fishing! We rented a boat and took ’er out on the open ocean. We found a nice patch of artificial reef (concrete and rocks tossed to the bottom by humans) and pulled into some snapper, lizardfish and a rare catch - MANTIS SHRIMP! First time cooking up this creature and our first time cooking up lane snapper!
