Adjust the routine based on your current level of conditioning. Each session look to improve upon your previous one, either by increasing reps, total rounds, or distance sprinted.
Routine:
- 20 seconds of high knees
- 10 burpees
-10-12 press ups
- 60 metre sprint
- Walking lunges back to the start
Repeat for the desired number of rounds.
