GAML PC Version English Patched Chitose Route Without Battle Chapter 2 End, Full 3 & 4 Start

Finally found the 6 ending of GA but can’t Find the Kazuya one which is said in the wiki that it can be accessed with the Mugen Disk 2. If anyone knows how to get it pls. PM or comment it to me so that I can record it to upload at youtube for all to see and hear.
