Pro-Castro demonstration took place in East Berlin and Miami. A mass demonstration took place outside American Embassy in Moscow, led by Russian youths. President Kennedy speaks about Cuba, refers to the Bay of Pigs invasion, and says that it must never come under Russian rule. (Comb. F.G.)
