I went through so much frustration while filming this video because of the recipe I followed. For making the skin, you are “suppose“ to mix the cooked rice flour and the “sugar oil“ on the table instead of on the stove, but the mixture won’t stick together and becomes very crumbly. I failed three times trying to follow the tutorial step by step, so eventually, I decided to improvise and mixed everything in a pan on the stove. I also ended up using DOUBLE the amount of “sugar oil“ as the recipe says in order to make it work. Giving myself a little pat on the back for not giving up.
