I’ve been rediscovering those classic arrangements of the 19th century Spanish repertoire lately, particularly the masterful settings of Emilio Pujol, Francisco Tárrega, and especially the transcriptions of Miguel Llobet. This is my performance of Llobet’s arrangement of Enrique Granados’ evocative Tonadilla “La Maja de Goya.“ I shot this video in my home studio.
