In the third episode of our Sustainability Series, Tim Sweeney goes for a lap around the Salomon Annecy Design Center (ADC) to learn how the product development teams are using digital tools to reduce the number of physical product samples needed to make new gear. We go behind-the-scenes to see how products have traditionally been created and talk to talented team members in footwear and winter sports to see how they are doing their jobs differently today, which is helping to reduce waste and improve the brand’s overall carbon footprint.
