Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tbsp Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Slice onion 1 no Tomato 4-5 no Salt to taste Cashew nut whole 6- 7 no Red chilli powder 2 tsp Water as required Butter 1 tbsp Ginger 1 inch Chopped green chilli 2-3 no Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Boiled chick peas 2 cup Sugar 1 tbsp Kasuri methi 1 tsp Cardamom powder ½ tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Cream 2 tbsp Garnish it with Cream Kasuri methi Coriander sprig In a kadhai add oil , garlic , onion, tomato , salt , cashew nuts , red chilli powder and mix it well , remove it in a mixer grinder, add water and grind it well in to a fine paste In a same pan add butter , ginger chopped green chilli , ginger garlic paste , prepared makhni paste and mix it well add little bit if water in the mixer mix it well and add it in to kadhai , now add the boiled chana and close the kadhai with a lid n let it cook for 12 – 15 min on medium flame.
