Neil Diamond - Songs of Life

This soulful song is from the movie “The Jazz Singer“ released in 1981. When talking about the movie’s soundtrack most people mention the “hit“ songs like “America“ “Love on the Rocks and “Hello Again“. Who could not love these amazing songs? They are absolutely wonderful. But I also have a real soft spot for this one - a deeply meaningful, romantic and emotion-filled song. As always, I have tried to use images that I feel are in line with Neil’s unique lyrics and singing style. He feels his songs when he sings them, and makes the listener feel them as well. So, in a way, as the person who puts the video together, I try to put in some of that feeling into it all too, mainly by taking the liberty of using his own pictures.
