Franklin County deputy indicted on 32 counts of rape

A Franklin County deputy has been indicted on a total of 58 charges, including 32 counts of rape and 26 counts of gross sexual imposition. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reportedly was notified of an external investigation into Charles Davis in September 2023, and he was immediately placed on administrative leave.
